My father is looking to Buy either a F150 or Mark LT. Whats the true differences really?

The Lincoln has more options on the base models. If you compare the most expensive F 150 to a fully loaded Mark LT same year on both trucks the difference is looks.

Personaly I like the Lincoln emblems in the cabin. On the front seats and center console.
