Does anyone know if the center cap from the 2004-2005 LS wheels will fit these Thunderbird wheels? I know the actual wheels size if the same but I wonder if the cap on thes eare interchangable.

Ken, I need two of the wheels you show in the top image. Are these for sale. The Lincoln LS wheels with the LS center cap.

The 2002-2003 Premium Thunderbird appears to be the same wheel as the 2004 LSE 7 spoke wheel with the exposed lug center cap.

I have an 03 LS8 Sport with the 7 (14) spoke machined face wheels.

I also have an 03 Tbird that came with the chrome 7 spoke wheels and set of 04 micro machined face Tbird wheels. Although the wheels are interchangeable between cars, none of the caps are not interchangable between wheels.

I've thought about putting the chrome wheels as shown in the second picture on the LS and buying a set of the LSE exposed lug caps.

I think you mean "none of the caps are interchangeable between cars." Looks like an extra negative slipped in there.
