Wanted to post up an upcoming meet/car show Mark Viiis of State of NY car club is hosting.( i have been a member of the club for a few years now)

The details are below:

This will be open to the entire Lincoln Mark Series and the Lincoln LS's.

We are going to have a Peoples Choice Trophy that will be for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for all the Mark VIII's and separate class or classes for all other Gens depending on the size of the turn out. Since last year we had 6 LSs in the show, we were given our own class as well. All of the trophies will be peoples choice and decided by ballot.

We have many members on this site that have been wanting to attend one of these meets/shows and I think this is a perfect opportunity to come and hang out with the fellow Lincoln owners for the day.

John,

I am glad you are coming out. Is your buddy's name Kevin? We just had a guy with a 02 LSE that joined the site, thought it might be him.

We promoted the event locally, so there should be a bunch of LSs there too.


Did you figure out what the issue was with the suspension?

I can't take the credit for it, since i wasn't the originator, but Thank you. We just had it revised to have the LS in there. I do like it.

I hope you can make it. You will have a blast, it will be worth it. Last year we had close to 30 Mark viiis and LS combined.

It's gonna be an all day event, so it will be worth to take the trip. Our and half isn't too bad.

put me in like i told you guys on other fourm i havent driven my car that much this year. and i spent the last 3 to 4 weekends ploishing it so ill deff be there

I have just noticed the beating my car took over the winter, that's all, was looking pretty sad. Also someone decided they needed to scratch around the entire car over the winter. I spent all day last sunday taking care of the paint, so looks ok now, just all the damn bumper scratches I had to touch up and the scratches someone put on the car.

Still have to do the interior, not sure if I will get to the underhood, may just leave the hood closed and call it a day!!!

If you want to know whether or not the LS on the flyer is your car, that's a no. It's a generic picture of 06 LS.
