Hello folks I'm looking for some help. Does anybody know where or has access to TSB information? If so I'm looking for info on Service Bulletin # 02135 & 15735. Thanks for any help.

These are overviews of the TSBs:

I tried to find the details, but what it seems you are looking for is why around 40 MPH does the car shudder while maintaining a steady speed. This is a known "problem" area in the Continental. Fluid changes can sometime help, but from my understanding it has to do with the Torque Converter and sometimes it requires replacing it to fix the problem or it could lead to full transmission repair later.

Yes that is what I came up with when I was on the NHTSA web site, what I'm looking for is what it takes to fix this problem. Most of the time a dealer will have a fix when there is a TSB and I have not been able to find this "fix" anywhere on the web yet.
