http://rockauto.com/ will have what you need and for a good price. Also for lowers order for a 96 T-Bird ... will save you about $50... for uppers you need the nipple if you still have air ride if not then same for a 96 T-bird.

so i can remove my recently replaced upper control arm thats for the air ride and replace it with one from a 94 tbird?
