I wanted to say thank you for all your help i had made a few posts here most recently about my car failing inspection well i have talked to a lawyer and we decided to have the dealership buy the LS back from me due to the problems and them having my car for over a month now for 4 tires and brakes! They only put 2 tires on the front and put the 2 better tires in the rear and only did front brakes!
It has been a while since i have been this upset and hope i can find another vehicle i loved as much as this LS! Also on that note does anyone have a stock LS V8 air intake? I modded mine for my C.A.I. and cant give the car back that way. Thank you and i hope to find a better cheaper car. My LS was a 2002 with 55,000 miles trans slipped, all 4 tires below inspection, all 4 brakes under,ETC... and paid 19,000 for the car and 5,000 in loan fees~! 24,000 dollars for a car that cant even pass inspection? I wont rush into cars like this one again! GET YOUR CARS LOOKED OVER FROM A GOOD MECHANIC BEFORE ANYTHING!!! Hope that others can learn from my stupidity! Thanks Nate Hill

Who in the hell charged you $5000 in loan fees???? That sounds like highway robbery!! And why would you pay that??

he is probally talking about intrest

Every Auto Contract (loan) have have ever signed lists the intrest, some times, caling it "fees"

good grief! $19k for an '02 with 55k miles is highway robbery even BEFORE those fees. You can do MUCH better. Good thing you are getting out of it!

sorry to hear all that, I hope you don't give up on having an LS. Just do some more looking and checking on them.

That is illegal. Reg Z differentiates the two. Unless you paid the interest up front...then it's hard money.
