is a loud compresson the signs that its about to die? should i replace it now.. does it do more damage if u wait untill the compressor dies? would i be saving the demise of the airbags / struts if i replace it now or does this not matter

You can run it till it dies, but do you really want to be away from home and have it fail? You won't prolong the bags life, just keep money in your wallet longer.

I always replace mine after the 1st loud noise I hear from em.

Replace it now, do not wait for it to go out. I replaced mine and it is still going strong, i got mine from Eddie Spinks at www.americanairsuspension.com He will make you a good deal, tell him you are from LVC!!!

I agree get one from Eddie and get his spider valve while you are at it.

especially if you live where it snows.

Is it the compressor or just the rubber isolating mounts??? It might be worth checking that out.

up and under the fender wheel well behind the headlight right side
