Lowered Or Not???

Hey guy my 2000 LS I did not buy new but I just recently noticed that its alot lower then any stock LS i have seen could it be my air supsenson it bad or could it be lowered? The beack and front tires only have about an inch then they would be tucked in the wheel well

The LS doesn't have air suspension. I could be lowered.
