Check fuse 1 in the underhood fuse box. If it is blown, that would explain having no cooling. However that should also cause you to get full heat all the time. If it is blown, then your DCCV is also clogged, or you have air in the engine cooling system.
Run the DATC self diagnostics to see what it has to say.
Check to see if the AC clutch engages. Check the AC system pressures.
Agree with Joegr, two different issues. Heat most likely culprit DCCV. But check the easy things first, leaks in cooling system. A/C could be low refrigerant
