Hi all.Searched the threads and found similar threads but not the exact issue so this is why i post and ask for help.Changed valve cover gaskets ,cops and spark plugs before winter and everything was fine until a month ago. My 2003 3.9 ls 120000 miles when started in cold weather goes straight into fail safe mode and engine light comes on but if i let it idle in safe mode about 3-5 minutes, turn it off then start it back up it idles and runs fine but check engine light remains on.On the occasional warmer days here in chicago she starts right up with no problems and engine light goes off.Codes p2110 and p2107 come up on cold days and have researched them and dont understand why it throws throttle body codes whem my throttle body is newer and very clean.Searching the internet and this site has many different solutions from throttle module, pcm, throttle body sensor,o2 sensor, fuel pump, pvc and even a plastic split air valve which i never heard of. Instead of replacing all this costly parts iwas wondering if anyone had these issues on cold weather start ups and could point me in the right direction.Only other thing wrong is i think i have acrack in coolant resvoir which may have nothing to do with my problem but trying give you all details. Anyones help would be appreciated ,this is driving me nuts.Thank you in advance.
