Where can I find the factory fan motor or what do y'all use to replace the factory fan

I know that man. my fan has stopped working just wanted to know where do y'all find a factory fan at that's not used an those codes poped up today thought I would put in one lost instead of two

2003 & 2004 used a fan with two connectors, and 2005 & 2006 used a fan with one connector. Which year is your LS? I'm not sure why so many want to make this a mystery.
Either way, I don't think the factory fans are available anymore. I think there may be one aftermarket available. It'd be way less expensive to get one from a junkyard. You can swap the connectors on them if needed.
Are you sure it is the fan? Have you checked for power on the power wire and on the control power wire?

2005. Why I was asking cuz I can't find them but I have power coming from the plug. temp will run up to 212 an fan doesn't start it doesn't start when I turn on the AC on anymore ac compressor just starts an stops ya know makes to much head pressure because no fan but ill just rig one of my be cool fans up for it then. as far as the codes that shit just popped up I was just looking for a little input on those. Thanks
Your LS has the variable intake system. On my 04 V6 the same codes popped up. Your intake camshafts are not in time with what the computer is telling them to do.
This can happen from bad oil control solenoids, low oil, dirty oil, slipped or jumped timing chains, or bad camshaft phasers. Mine is a bad cam phaser and I could tell when I put new timing chains on that the cams were not aligned properly, I just don't care enough to fix it cause it doesn't affect driving all that much. . . just some lost power at low rpm.
