LS Spings still made I have searched

OK guys I have been searching around and was ready to buy springs for my 01 LS I had decided on and tried ordering Canuck (spring tech) only to find out they are long obsolete, so my question is other than Eibach what is still available? If it makes a difference I am In Ontario Canada if anyone local has a good source. Oh and if the Eibach's are my only option where have you guys had the best price getting them?

I'm looking to lower my car but have fear of winter driving here in Toronto, other than eibachs what is the lowest and highest height one could get? Price wise what would I be looking to spend?
