Hi,
I am working through updating suspension parts 2000 LS. Put in Moog Sway Bar Links and have the easy (driver) side Energy Suspension sway bar bushing in. Will do the driver side soon, but now i am looking at updating the front upper control arms. Came across this on Rock Auto. I know that the UCAs are not the type the let you press out the ball joint, but when I saw the description on Rock Auto for the Motorcraft it made me wonder if these are a newer design. Anyone have experience with these?
MOTORCRAFT MCSOE38
Ball Joints Not Included
Motorcraft® Control Arm Highlights Include:
Include new bushings and hardware
Ball joint-only cartridges to eliminate the unnecessary replacement of entire control arm assemblies, where applicable
Engineered for easy installation
Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 6W4Z3084AA
