LS V6 Spindle?

My 01 V6 with 107k is due for some front end work. Lots of creeking going on. Now I see 2 kits on EBay, one is with, the other is without the spindles. Do these spindles normally go bad? It seems all the bushings that go bad are on the control arms and everything else.
