LS windshield wipers have a mind of their own...

The weirdest thing is happening with my wipers today.. Even in the off mode the wipers randomly swipe across the windshield. And now only high mode works correctly. The rainsensor has been broken and unplugged for years so I know that's not causing an issue... Anyone know what to replace??

Sounds like the blinker switch is going out.
