Hi Guys,
When I type my VIN in Carfax, it states I have an LSC model but no where in the car it state it is.... How can I verify if this is true? Was all 96 Mark VIII a LSC?

Search around, and I'm sure you'll find plenty of forum topics on this. Here's MarkVIII.org's FAQ page.

All Mark VIII titles typically show up as LSCs, and most often - especially for first-gen's - the designation is not truly indicative of a car that came with the LSC package.
Visual indicators of a "true" LSC model:
HIDs
Perforated leather
LSC badging on rear bumper and floor mats
No side chrome
True dual exhaust (if you look under the car you can tell)
HIDs are not a 100% indicator any more, as some owners have grown tired of the stock candles that came with their base first-gen models, and upgraded to the LSC headlights. Badging and floor mats could potentially be later add-ons by a particularly enthusiastic and ebay-savvy owner. True dual exhaust is a common upgrade for those who want to mess with their pipes.
So, your only real "surefire" (and really, the easiest anyway) tells on an LSC are the lack of side chrome, and the perforated leather seats.
In most cases, that "Diamond Anniversary" designation is incorrect as well. CarFAX and others often throw the name onto any '96 Mark VIII.

How to spot a true DA visually:
True DA exteriors only came in Cordovan Metallic or Silver Frost Metallic
For first-gen's Cordovan Metallic was only available on the DA.
Silver Frost Metallic was available on all Mark VIII packages from '95 up.
Two-tone (Light Graphite/Cordovan) interior.
Rear quarter DA window etching.
DA floormats
