I've had a few people PM me asking me for this how-to that I put together a long time ago so since I found it I figured I would share with all of you. I lost most of the pictures that went along with this when I changed ISP and forgot to download them off their server so this will be mainly a text version.

Parts Needed:
LSE Bumper p/n 4W4Z-17D957-AAB
Lower Chrome Insert p/n 4W4Z-17C829-AA
LSE Fog Lights p/n 4W4Z-15200-AA
LSE Fog Light Brackets 4W4Z-15266-AA and 4W4Z-15266-BA (you need both)
H8 connector
04 Reinforcement Bar(OPTIONAL) 2000-2002 only p/n 3W4Z-8A284-AA
04 Inner Fender Covers(OPTIONAL) 2000-2002 only p/n 3W4Z-16102-AA and 3W4Z-16103-AA
This isn't a real detailed How-to because it's pretty simple and the degree of difficulty is depending on how close to factory you want your install to be.
Just R&R bumper
I believe there's already a How on this so I'm not going to repeat it. Just do a search. I know that LSKoncepts has one.
First off is no matter what your Dealership tells you, if you have a 2003-2005 LS all you have to do is buy the 04 LSE bumper and install it. THAT'S IT It will work without changing anything else.
Now for us with a pre 03 LS
If you want the 04 LSE bumper, the only modification you have to make is shaving the tabs on the top of the 04 bumper so it will slide into the slots on your 00-02 reinforcement bars. IT'S THAT EASY. All other mounting hole line up. You can use a dremal or any kind of saw to accomplish this.
Or you can install the 03+ reinforcement bar and the 04 LSE bumper will go on like factory.
Please note to use the 03+ headlights you must install the 03+ reinforcement bar.
To get as close to factory as I could, I bought the 03+ front inner fender covers too because the 04 LSE front bumper is a little lower than the 00-02 front bumper. it made the screws hole line up much easier but is not really a necessity
For all models 00-05
You will have to find a connector for the H8 fog light bulbs or hard wire them. Your current fog light connector won't work. I placed a link to where you can find one above.
Please not that if you use the 00-02 headlights with the 04 LSE bumper there will be a small gap where the headlights and bumper meet
