That's the quote CNN doesn't give you in its story ( here's a link to the CNN STORY )on a protester heckling Fred Thompson yesterday. Click on the video in the link and and you'll hear the woman say, "You're not a real conservative, sir," which is the quote CNN gives readers in its lead.
It's harder, however, to pick out what the woman says next in the CNN video: "What about World Trade Center 7? It was an inside job." In any case, CNN doesn't report it.
This YouTube is apparently taped by the woman herself, where you can clearly hear what she says before being ejected from the event:
Video
On the video's YouTube page, there's a link to Houston 9/11 Truth, which is some wacky 9/11 conspiracy site.
CNN doesn't report any of this. But we know CNN heard every word because in its story we read about the woman asking Thompson about being on the Council on Foreign Relations and her belief that CFR endorses a North American Union. This, however, is not seen in the CNN video.
Why is any of this important? Because the woman's a crank, CNN knows she's a crank, but chooses not to tell its readers this somewhat important detail. All we get from CNN's story is a woman lambasting Thompson for not being a "real conservative" and then getting booted from the event.
