Are the upper and lower control arms for the rear the same on a '91 LSC as they are on a fox? I'm looking for better control arms.

The lowers have no spring perches on the LSC like the Mustang and I THINK (not sure) that the upper are different length

so who has done an upgrade on the rear suspension. if so what was it. and how did you do it???????

curious i am

My mark vii had addco rear swaybar, turbocoupe front, subframe connectors, energy suspension poly everything, kyb's, coil springs, etc

Felt like a gokart with a v8

The lincoln arms are longer then then fox arms.

You can get some custom ones made up or box the stock arms, unless you have some sort of crazy powerplant boxed are PLENTY for your needs

I went over to www.svpu.com , but they quit carrying parts. you might be able to call/ email them on the control arm length question.
If you want to use polyurathane bushings, just order ones for the 83-87 T-Bird/Cougar. You just need to know if you need the round or oval bushing on the front of the LCA.
If you go to the www.fordvschevy.com site you can go into the Hot Rod Lincoln page and go to the tech forum and look at the top for the suspension sticky post. LOTS of good info in there!

SVPU is long gone, paul got out of the lincoln game a long time ago. I was the one that compiled that thread of information on fordvschevy and its also on lincolnsonline, the guys at fvc will tell you the exact lengths but everything you need to know is already in this thread ;)
