03 Navigator, after having to replace the rear struts because the back end was real bouncy. Then the dealership told me that my front end is sitting up high becasue both front sensors needed to be replaced, oh and by the way your compressor will be dying pretty soon.

I made the switch. Bought the kit from Strutmasters for 700 including shipping because the online code still worked. Put it in over the weekend, took about 12 hours due to tires not coming off and not having the right sized sockets and bolts being stuck. The ride is good so far, no complaints there is a difference but it is not so bad to the point that I am going back to air (I'm keeping all my airbags just in case). I am happy right now and if the struts hold up like the company says they will I am happy. Although I still keep expecting to here the compressor kick on :D

P.S. I didn't go and cut the wire yet to clear the alarm just in case. So I just hit reset everytime I start it up.

I'm thinking about doing the same thing.
I think I have a leak in one of my original airbags. Also having a Mark VIII, I'm not going to get committed to another one of these air ride systems again.
