My '03 V8 Sport has just turned over 45,000 miles. After looking in the Scheduled Maintenance Guide for the specified interval, it lists several things that should be done. My vehicle falls under the "normal schedule", and @ 45,000 miles it suggests changing the "green engine coolant" if equipped. I have just gotten my vehicle back from the FLM dealer, where it was having warranty work done, which they had my car for 29 days. Hopefully, what was repaired is fixed. In addition to theses maintenance guides, when "our" LS's are taken into the dealer and on the invoice it states "Multi Point Inspection", does it really mean they actually performed this, or is it just something they put on there to make us think they performed this? If they do perform this, what does the technician look for? Just curious. The reason I asked, is I want to make sure that everything "is" fine. I can change the engine oil and that's about it. I know, it's sad. LOL. Anyhow, just wanted to get some input on this. You all are great and I really appreciate being a part of an excellent forum.

Oh, I didn't realize that the green coolant is just standard stuff. Am I right on that?
