How the hell do you ticket a car seven times without noticing a dead body laying in the back seat?

not long ago I remember a story of a guy who got in a wreck and they found his body in the car a few days later, after it was towed to an impound lot.

That's sad.. you'd think after a few tickets someone would have looked more at the car or run the license.

Well how long does it take for that many tickets to add up? Quite a few weeks I assume, what like maybe 3-4. I mean they dont just ticket it every day.

I like how the guy says that it would have taken at least 3 tickets before a red flag yet we are still talking about 7 tickets here and it still took a resident from the neighborhood to catch on do to odor.

Now if I guy playing in his yard further down the block can smell it how cant the people giving the tickets tell something is up?
