So I sent my resume to a company about seven miles down the road from my house. I mapquested it(LVC is being a bitch won't let me post the pic of the map): instead of driving north six miles then turn right and drive one mile, it told me to: Turn left drive two miles turn right drive six point seven miles, turn right again and drive six and a half miles which would total fifteen miles and a twenty minuet trip

My Garmin does weird crap like that too. It'll have you go around the whole city before taking you just down the street.

last year on my way to mardi gras my gps had me get off of 55 in st louis loop all around and drive up to the arch, turn right and go through town back to 55, i knew i should of ignored it and got on 255 as planned but figured maybe the gps knews something i didnt, wrong

Yup, when I started my job I didnt go to Jack In The Box cause Mapquest said it was 7.9 miles away and I didnt even glance atthe map. Last week I notice the sign right before I turn down my street for JITB. I mapquest it again and it still says 7.9 miles and on the map it is the one thats .5 miles away. Instead of making a left out my driveway and then a left at the light with a quick right into the parking lot it wanted me to make a right out my drive, make a right onto the next road, hit the feeder road and then cross under th main road to make another right and go a couple miles then another right and after a couple miles make a left into my destination.

I hate that sitr.

i had that too going to an interview i should have gotten on the highway by my house shot north west instead it tried to take me north east to the other high way in a different city in the opposite direction go around and then double back to the same highway i would have started on

At least it didn't have you go through East St.Louis. I wouldn't get out of my car during the day on that side.:p
