Mark VIII Electrical Problem

My Mark VIII wont start. It cranks over but does not start. I cant hear the fuel pump turn on or make noise. Here is a List of thing that I have checked or replaced. The Fuel pump is new, I check both cam and cranck sensors, battery, filter, the alarm was reset, the pcm was reprogrammed. I have a fuse that keeps on blowing out but I cant tell for what it is. can someone please help i have tried everything I know and i cant get it started I really need this car to work. thank you

What year? What fuse? Do you have a fuse diagram?


If you don't and it's a 97 or 98..

how did you check the cam and crank sensor?
a visual inspection is far from conclusive.
