Mark vlll starts when it wants

Some times it wont start I have to disconnect the battery for a minute and most times it will start. I also cannot lock my doors the alarm will go off unless I disconnect the anti theft module. . when I first got it the starter would not always work but I haven't had that problem any more. On my display it says my doors are closed but for awhile I kept getting door a jar haven't got that one lately. Update it will not start till the next day please help.

the alarm thing is probably either the door sensor, or the hood sensor, i usually bet on the hood sensor. unplug it, its under the hood next to the air box. spray some wd40 or pb blaster or something like that into each door latch and shut the door a few times. usually fixes the door ajar message.

for the not starting thing, we are gonna need more details.
codes, fuel pressure, mileage, year, battery voltage, pats light activity, does it crank but not start, does it not crank at all, etc.

96 fuel pressure is high miles 140,000 new battery lots of power no codes will turn over but not start yesterday it started went to the store didn't shut it off went to a friends then it didn't start for a while finally got it running took it home shut it off and restarted it it did a couple times tried it later no start
