Maserati T-Bird

yep, i have seen a couple of those cars, kinda neat if you ask me. its like coach product being sold at wal-mart.. or any way you wanna look at it..

the everyday person could own a maserati and say they do

say what you want about how dumb any of the shelby k platform chryslers were, until you drive a slightly modded one any of them would blow the doors off your mark, have you ever seen an 11 second k car? or a 10 second dodge omni glhs? i have and i wouldnt hesitate for one second to own one. and to the original poster where did you even get ford or t-bird?? it is a lebaron reworked my maserati and TC stands for turbo charged. nothing in that listing inclined ford or thunderbird!!

this is far from stupid!!

the ebay ad has been edited.
it was originally listed as a ford thunderbird.

@Jamie. I know there are fast k-cars out there. I looked into them before deciding on my first mark. Hell i owned an awful little Plymouth Turismo for a while. But the point i was trying to get across was a luxury lebaron was like shelby putting his name on a souped-up ecobox. Fast or not, it was not a muscle car.

In regard to silly s h i t chizler econoboxes, can you say 'Pinto'? Can you say Buddy Ingersoll? Nines at about 140, back in the late seventies.

i wont speak highly of the maserati/lebaron i think they were hideous and a waste, and i know they were far from muscle cars for sure, but a part of me still pays respect to carrol shelby for his ideas and i love all the chryslers back then, because i had them is probably why, the shelby shadow's, lancers, lebaron's, sundance, glh, glhs, daytona charger, even the turbo caravan's even though shelby didnt mess around with the mini vans, most of them have the shelby 2.2 or 2.5 in them. they are still a total blast to drive, can put a hurtin on alot of muscle cars of today and yesteryear, and are super light and easy as hell to work on!!
