Master Cylinder replacement

I'm in the process of ordering a new master cylinder and brake booster. On Rock Auto, it offers me master cylinders with:

A) Integrated Vehicle Dynamic Suspension (IVD)
B) Dynamic Stability Control
C) Without

I have AdvanceTrack, are IVD and dynamic stability control the same as what I have? If not, which one should I get?

Anyhow, how easy is it to remove the reservoir from the old cylinder and put it on the new one?
