Short answer; no. But any added weight from subs, amp, racks, etc. will have an effect on your gas mileage.

Any effect would be negligible. The increased current draw would cause a tiny little decrease. The weight would make a difference, but on a coil spring car that would probably be cancelled out by the amount it lowers the car which would increase aerodynamics.
