what brand Sparkplug is the best for the LS? I see 2 I am not familure with, Denso and NGK.
Also if I need coils how are
Visteon-$45 or
Duralast-$50

i have denso's and they work well but many here will recommend going the OEM way. same for plug but i also bought one from autozone rather than the factory one and it also works well

NGKs are stock on the LS. Denso are good plugs as well.

For the coils send a PM to MRzeee, he's a Ford vendor here on the site and he can hook you up with a good price on Motorcraft OEM parts.
