missing in the engine?

ok well my car was running perfect engine wise on friday. i took it to have the tires aligned over the weekend picked my car up yesterday morning. now its running like a hunk of :q:q:q:q this car has drove me nuts
anyone have any suggestions on what it is?
2000 ls v6
also the cd player is stuck in the glove box i guess from the wreck. anyone know how i can get that out?

and also the seatbelt is stuck is it possible to release it?

How does the car feel? Does it jerk when it shift?.... ??

yes alot . also i drove it today and it seemed like it did it switching into second gear
