its common to have the spark plug bores fill up with oil due to leaking bore gaskets,thus causing a miss.

It is also very common to have coils go bad. Dry or wet, it seems. I think the #3 cylinder is the one I hear the most.

Yea I had 4 of my coil packs replaced but not all 8 do you think I should change the other 4? and also would this cause my engine light to come on?

yes, a misfire would make the check engine light come on

You don't have to. I checked fordpartsonline and the price went up as expected. They should be $25.00 as often as they are purchased. WalMart should have a version on their shelves for $9.99.
