More Problems...help....

Ok....today I got a new problem with my LS....... :Bang

The Emission System light came on and wont go away!!!!!!!! :soapbox:

I have NO idea what could be causing this. I have not noticed any performance issues(then again, maybe i havent driven it enough)...
but I am VERY worried..

Any ideas on what could have caused this?

my check engine light came one oncve and quik ls told me to disconnect the battery terminals for 30 minutes and if it goes away then it was just a glitch, if it stays take it in. id try that

Typically an Emissions System light is a bad O2 sensor on the exhaust. That's based on my basic emissions problem knowledge, not any specific experience with the LS.

OK..i disconnected the battery and then turned her on for about 2 minutes and the light did not come on........ :Beer

But just in case..
should it come back on, what is my next step?

I dont want to celebrate too early...

if it does come back on, than take it to autozone and have them read the code so u can get an idea on what it is. than if u can fix it, of course fix it. if its too complex take it to ur lm dealer. do u have a warranty

With all the money I've been putting into my truck, having to put money into the LS will break me...... :bsflag:
