Cassie (youngest daughter - yes the trackster).... needed an oil change for her Mustang.
So while I was at my friends garage changing oil in 88 T-Bird. In drives Cassie with her Mustang. Pulls it into the garage and says show how do I do this. Hmmm... So she didn't want to go to Wal-Mart to have it done or any other typical Lube joint.
So she asked so do I pull it up on those (meaning the car ramps)... I said I'll do that part for you. So I pulled it up and showed her how to make sure the car would be safe.
Then she got down on the creeper and I told her what to look for. She found the oil pan and drain plug then matched up a socket and went to it.
There was a eeeweew when the plug came off and oil got all over her hand but she thought that was cool.
Then she went to the filter. Well this played a problem as who ever put it on must have cranked the thing on.... so I took over as the filter began to collapse on her. After I managed to save the filter and get it Damn thing off.
Then she took out the new filter I explained about dipping your finger and putting oil on the filter gasket. She then put the filter back on putting it on hand tight.
Then filled up the engine with new oil, oh and a qt of Lucus.
Dad was feeling proud. When I got home I saw her out washing her car and cleaning it up nice.
