I asked this before but when the site crashed I lost the info. Can you tell me what you use instead of the stock mufflers and how you like the sound of your vehicle?
Thanks

every car should sound a little different I think, I run Flowtech Terminators on my Mustang not Blowmasters cause I like my car to sound different than all the other Blowmaster Stangs runnin' around, but whatever works for you....

i dont remember which it was, bassani or borla, but iv heard it on 2 stangs with the 4v and i was realy realy impressed, and i realy realy liked it! Anyone know if either of them sell just the mufflers? OH yeah and btw, i was wondering...is there a way i could remove just the mufflers but be able to put them back on in the future if i decide to sell the car(or would i need to do a catback?). Just so i dont rule out the old folks market with my loud exhaust?

I'm not running any mufflers on my Mark. high flow cats only. they sound pretty good stock exhaust with no mufflers too. thats how I had mine when I first got it. just have them replace everything from the resonator back, with 2.5 inch pipe.

I suppose you could just cut off the mufflers if you want to put them back on you would just need to connect them with a collar. Just leave enough pipe on the mufflers when you take them off.

You will need some tips to add to your new mufflers..

Hi Rich,
did you remove your third cat too, and if so did you still pass the wisconsin smog test?

That sounds GREAT! I'm coming home to Detroit 4 Thanksgiving, can u recommend the shop who did this 4 you? Also if could give me a figure I'm looking to spend..Thanx

You could go to gaurdian car care. Ask for Dave and see what he can do for you. I spent about 300 on my exhaust with the muffler(79.95 @hottexhaust.com) Maybe I can talk to him and see if he could give you the same deal. He also got the exhaust done within 5 hours.

True dual from the cat back....twin x pipe and LMS Assassin mufflers (ask Geno if they are still available if interested) video
