Multi-Function Switch question

Do you have to remove the steering wheel to replace the MFS on a 97 Mark VIII? I know you don't on a 93-96, but what about on the 97-98's?

no it bolts to the side just like all fords that use the same stile with wipers etc. just two t-20 torx bolts
