mushy brakes

changed booster I have brakes but mushy ….I don't have any fluid loss but if I press on brakes the pedal will slowly move the floor

This indicates that you have a hydraulic leak somewhere. IF it's not external, then it's inside the master cylinder.

when I pulled the booster it had the master I have another master but I would feel better if I rebuild it at least the plungers cant seem to find a rebuild kit but I bet there are a lot with the same rubber plungers
