No..... different bolt patterns.
Late model Mustang's are 5x114.3
All LS's are 5x108
I'm fairly certain that the 5-bolt Fox Mustangs also used a different bolt pattern. There are quite a few cars that used the same bolt pattern as the LS (like the Taurus, DEW-98/MN-12 T-Bird/Cougar, Mark VIII, and a few late model Volvos), but no Mustangs, AFAIK.
