About a week ago I was leaving my parking garage, and my window wouldn't roll down. I could hear the motor turning, but no love. I get home, try to roll it down again, same thing. I get out, and grab the window, thinking that it is possibly stuck. I start to slide it down, and the window nearly crashes down into the door. I pop off the door panel, and the rear clamp that holds the window has broken off of the belt that moves the window up and down. It also looks like a rivet of some sort has broken but I can't figure out where it would connect to.
Has anybody else had this happen to them, and if so, is there a way I can purchase the parts to fix it myself? Any help anyone can give me would be great.
Also, I can snap a picture of the piece i'm talking about and post it here if I need to.
Thanks
Jeremy
