my mark VIII only has reverse and no forward

Hey all. Its me again regarding another question about my 93 Mark VIII Tranny. It will shift into reverse and spin the tires but when I place the car into any of the forward gears it does nothing.. like its in neutral
can anyone help me troubleshhot what they think is wrong...

its either garbage or you have no fluid in it! check fluid, if its full, you got troubles!
