I was watching some myth show or something like that. This guy just bought a car from a dealership and went on a long trip so he can really test out the car. the sales men said they just got it yesterday.(chevy something) So while he was travling, he noticed that the fuel gauge wasn't going down at all. So he stoped at a local gas station to fill up the gas and it only pumped in 1 gallon. So he just went on. after the trip, he calulated that his MPG was close to 200. So his wife wrote a letter to the company saying how much she likes the car and the MPG the car is giving. The company got the letter and they figured out that it was one of their prototype cars. One morning the guy woke up to pickup the newspaper and he saw two men standing next to his car with the hood open, when he called out, they pulled out a small black device from the engine and left in their car.after that, he drove the car and everthing was fine untill his MPG was like a nomal car.

so do you think that a small device like that, can really improve the MPG?

I would have no idea. I'm normally doing things to the cars that I don't worry about fuel economy.

Well.. Acetone is believed to improve fuel mileage. something like 3oz per 10 gallons.

I am going to try the acetone thing in a 95 Dakota with a 318 that doesnt get used much.
is it a bottle or something you put in your car
