On my 05 Navigator, when you are driving it and coming to a stop the tranny u can really hear and feel it downshifting. is that normal? It sounds like a big clunk on every gear when downshifting.

I'd say no. Downshifting should be smooth/quite.

I get the ocassional clunk when putting it into reverese. But never any other time.
