Navigator 2000 brake bleeding question

I need to change brake fluid for Navigator 2000. Can anyone please share what is recommended sequence for bleeding. Is it first Rear both and then front or crossing etc. Also once I change the fluid, should I expect ABS indication to be on. If so, how to reset it.
