Need a head rest to get the hold in position parts out of. My 98 Mark passenger side head rest flip flops, will not stay in place. I had to do this to my drivers side. I got a head rest delivered for $15 and removed the plastic parts that clamp down on the metal bar inside the headrest to hold it in position.
