Need Detailed Specs for Town Car Import

Good day fellow Town Car enthusiasts,

I have moved from the US and set up shop in China. I could not dare to leave my Lincoln behind and have thus imported it. However, it is stuck in customs because I have not provided enough detailed technical information and testing procedures regarding the car. As if they have never seen a Town Car before!

My question is if anyone knows whom I should contact to get specific part numbers and manufactures of the following (just a few):

Emission Control Devices
* Oxygen sensor
* ECU
* Catalytic Converter
* Fuel injector
* Injection pump

Transmission
* Models
* Type
* Manufacturer
* Shift operation
* Gear ratio of speedometer cable to output shaft of transmission
* Gear ratio of transmission box
* 1st gear
* 2nd gear
* 3rd gear
* 4th gear
* 5th gear
* 6th gear
* Reverse gear

Washers
* Models
* Applicable vehicle models
* Manufacturer
* Trademark
* Container capacity (L)
* Number of washer nozzle
* Targeted injection position from nozzle to windscreen

I know I am asking for a lot. If someone can please point me in the right direction I would very much appreciate. I have already completed the majority of the import declaration form with just the owner's manual and the list of serviceable parts on Motocraft's site.

I got mostly torque specs. Let us know what year it is, ill see what else i can find.

2004 Model Year

I really appreciate your reply and all the input you've put into this BBS.

The model year is 2004.

I checked out the link you gave. Unfortunately, I feel there is not enough detailed specifications. I need things as detailed as the inner and outer diameter of the brake hose.

What do they need all this stuff for??? Here is for the 04 it does have gear stats.

What else did you need??? My brake lines are 3/16 LOLOL!! Ill see what else i can find.
