There are screws along the bottom of the door panel, two on the side (or is it one) and one inside the door pocket under a small panel. From there you just pull the door panel out and lift it up and out to clear the window slot lip. Most likely the door panel has been removed before and the person who did it, stripped or broke the plastic clips.
