Need; Factory Spare Tire Cover

Well when I did my custom amp install I made a new spare tire/trunk well cover and since then have changed a few things...Needless to say I am in need of a factory spare tire cover...

Well when I made my amp rack I cut holes for a false floor/flushmount look...I saw someone posted one awhile back and I was thinking maybe someone else had one...But I guess Ill have to try and make a new one that doesnt have holes cut in it or figure out what to do cuz I dont have that kinda cash to blow on a cover right now, I didnt know theyd be that much money...
