Need help for electronic overdrive, message center, and check engine light

Well was driving my friends mark today because we put the strut masters lowering spring kit on it. I noticed some more things wrong with it though. One thing is that when i press the overdrive on/off button it doesnt do anything and doesnt light the light up on the dash. The others are the message center doesnt work and the check engine light comes on after about 5 mins. Any help is appreciated

OD button is mroe than likely the OD wire cut, it's a common problem. The part simply slides up into the handle and costs less than $40 from the dealer. The message center could be a blown fuse or the message screen itself, luckily it is a cheap part on Ebay, less than $15. As for the check engine light you need to pull the codes.
