Need help please!

Well I am removing the b-pillars today for some badly needed paint and dent removal. I have removed both front door b-pillars. The backs on the other hand are a bit tricky. There is one screw that is right where the top of glass stops in the window. So I guess my question is, can the back door windows be dropped any further down into the door or removed from the door? If so, my second question is how to take the back door panels off without destroying anything.

taking the panels off are going to be tough. The reason is they have these plastic screws in the panel that once pulled out should probably be replaced as the threads will be all striped

Well the windows do go down into the door all the way and I got the b-pillars off. Thanks for the BIG help guys.
