Need help with mods for 2003 V8 LS

Hello LvC family,

I'm a 2 year owner of a silver 2003 V8 Lincoln LS. I'm finally looking to do some mods on LS. I saw this video on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaOdjQTGs9k I was super impressed by it. I was wondering if anyone would supply me with any tips on where to acquire these mods for a 2003 LS. I'm a newbie in the car modification world so any help would be greatly appreciated.

^ that video is of a very rich man who had a white, yellow and an orange LS, they were all very impressive looking for sure.
the Lincoln LS has limited aftermarket part available for it. There are however some body kits available just search Google.

I see your new here, WELCOME ... suggest you have a look in the stickies above, there are lots of links to mods, wheels, lowering, Jaguar big brake upgrade, intakes and such.

Perhaps also have a look at the Picture thread and see what others have done to their LS'es and then ask if you see something you like.

most of those were done a long time ago too... better off spending a week going trough here and find some more "current style" mods we've been able to come up with... Pic thread is a good place to start.

Best LS mod ever -

From what I've gleaned off this board, available mods for the Gen 2 are wheels, Eibach lowering springs, Jaguar brakes, a rear spoiler, a rear window plastic wing thing that clips on the top of the rear glass, a McLaren front grill which is pretty much just a solid piece with a bunch of round holes in it (OK for some, I guess), LED lighting on the interior of various colors, Plastidipping stuff, an SCT tune (look up Torrie), painting the top of the headlights, window tinting, leather shifter boot, a cold air intake and some folks have put a lot of effort into replacing the rear links with Heim ends.

In other words, not a lot if you are into performance.

I mean, I guess, sort of. Lens swap, not delete. But I guess you get the same end-result of a colorless blinker, so I'll allow it haha

@ telco. Much thanks. As i have been reading thru the forums i see people talking about "deleteing" when referring to a type of mod. What is meant by this "deleteing" please forgive my newbieness.

"deleting" in terms of a mod is exactly what it sounds like.... you are deleting something.

for example, 1st gen amber lense delete means that you remove the amber lense in your head light.

an exhaust resonator delete means that you cut out and get rid of the resonators.

emblems delete or de-badging is removing the emblems or badges from the back of the car.

intake resonator delete means to remove the resonators on the intake tube

window chrome delete is getting rid of the ugly chrome window trim, usually by painting or taping over.
