Need help with part numbers on coolant hoses. Gen 1 2001 LS V8

I made an idiot mistake when I replaced my coolant system and basically only replaced the reservoir hose, the upper and lower radiator hoses but I did not mess with anything on the passengers side for some reason. I realized this so I am trying to find out which part numbers I need for all the hoses that are needed that I have not mentioned. I replaced all the actual parts but I am starting to think this might have been part of my random leak I get over the last year. Any help would be great!

I basically need to replace all the hoses that go to the Aux Water Pump and the DCCV, and the one that goes in front of the thermostat housing (that very small piece of hose) If I forgot about any others that I have not mentioned someone please let me know.

Yeah I saw that and kinda did my best to get them all but some of them were not able to be bought any longer. So I decided to give all the Gates hoses a shot. Was not happy about it but I will see what happens as they are rubber at least. 21 Year old rubber hoses I felt it was time to go. I just dunno why I forgot them all when I did my coolant system replacement. I guess cause I was thinking replace all stuff with plastic in them! I just did not want to get it all back together when I replace this Aux water pump again and another leak pops up on that side again.
